JMB Custom Butchering is owned and operated by Jacob Brothers and is located in Manchester, PA. He does custom butchering for small family farms and livestock producers.  Jacob also provides our community with fresh local farm raised beef and pork products that include: bundles, quarters, halves, and whole animals. He has old fashioned recipes and skills that make quality products. From the wood fired smokehouse to your table for exceptional flavors! His recipes have been passed down and created in his shop with tradition kept in mind. The meat you bring to his door is your meat going home with you, that's a guarantee!

Jacob has partnered with LEG UP FARMERS MARKET to sell his 

All-Natural Original Beef Sticks and his Jalapeño Cheese Beef Sticks. 

Jacob values his customers like family, making sure you get prime product, for clean cut quality meat.

Like to hunt?! He processes venison in the shop as well! The snack sticks and bologna make for a great table snack or just the start of a charcuterie board.

Jacob started butchering for himself as a young adult to put venison, pork, and beef away for his family. Over the years butchering has come second nature to him. One day he just decided he was going to go for it and open his own shop. What used to be his workshop is now his custom butcher shop. A good cleaning and a couple of coats of paint and the shop looked brand new. With some quality saws that was once someone else's pride and joy is now Jacobs. Almost everything leaves the shop vacuum sealed with his premium vacuum sealer. Jacob takes pride in the service and products he provides his customers.

With Jacob's family growing he has taught his 13-year-old daughter some of his butchering skills. She has graciously accepted the challenges of learning how to butcher. His youngest daughter has also ambitiously started learning the skills as well. He occasionally will share videos and pictures with the community on Facebook to share that old skills can still be taught to young generations.
